Application:
Hold the damper in your hand so that the lettering
TOURTE stands upright and the smooth round surface to
Tailpiece points. Lower half of this area to the right
or turn left. This will open the two holes.
Mute now between A and D string (violin) or D and
Clamp the G string (viola or cello).
Let go of lower surface, holes close by themselves.
position, the damper is between the tailpiece and the bridge.
It can be locked in any position by applying light pressure from above.
In damper position, push damper forward and nose over
